The crux of that can be summarized here: It will take a rare form of fearlessness in the face of the evil at home (ie, not terrorists abroad) to make America great. That fearlessness usually includes a lessening of the fear of death because of the insight into the eternality of Spirit. (Thus, to touch the sacred / know Spirit deeply is to rise above fear, to rise above fear is to pave the way for right action / social justice.)
