We'll learn the basic movement vocabulary of Middle Eastern dance (aka belly dance). We'll learn some combinations and a short choreography. If there is interest, we'll plan for a group performance on Fri. This class is fun, engaging and improves your posture, attitude & rhythm! Please bring a large scarf to wrap around your hips. Flat shoes, socks or bare feet are OK. No heels.
