Bellydancers of the Playa, leave your harems and join your sisters - this is your night! Don your choli and hip skirt. Bring your hand drum and zils. It's time to shimmy at the Iron Rose Hafla.

All bellydancers, of any gender, beginning to professional are encouraged to DANCE! Bellydance or middle-eastern attire *required* for entry, so tie on that hip scarf and join the hafla!

Don't know how to belly dance? No problem! Come to the basic beginners lesson at 6, or the advanced lesson at 6:30 then stay for the hafla at 7... just remember to dress the part so our harem guardians recognize you as family!

Dancers who'd like to dance with their own music, please get in touch with me about your music or musicians. We want to make sure you're happy! Don't have music nor musicians? No worries. There'll be lots of great middle eastern music to dance to. This is an event By bellydancers FOR bellydancers!

Hafla is in the Iron Rose Juke Joint at 5:00 and Bipolar, or placement.
